Pan de Pascua and fruit cake recipe

Is that time of the year! My favourite one, if I am honest. Slowly, the signs start to come up. The season changes, we start getting into a better mood, our social calendars get busier, Mariah Carey and Michael Bubble start coming out of the speakers (Luis Miguel if you are in South America), and a particular smell comes from the kitchen.

Yes! Christmas is here! And of course, I bring you a recipe to make one of the most characteristic signs of the season: The Christmas pan de Pascua or fruit cake recipe.
