Here is a short sequence to help you gain greater self awareness, release tension, improve mental health and overall wellbeing. A meditative breathing exercise to come into the present and close off the mind. Learning to control and work with the breath feeling into the body, understanding how it feels, what tension you're holding and allowing yourself the time to let anything go that is not serving you.
