Exploring the keto diet
Covid hit us hard. For me, it was near the end of our first lockdown when I felt some changes needed to be made. I hadn't exercised much and had, honestly, gained so much weight from sitting around waiting for the world to heal itself. Then one day, my aunt told me how she would start the Keto diet and that it had helped others feel less exhausted and healthier. So, I researched and realised it might be the diet for me. I love food and love cooking, and I was thrilled to try something different, something challenging, so I gave this new way of life a try. By C.A.P
