When people think of Europe, people most likely think Spain, Portugal, France, Italy... but what about Austria? Not many people think of putting Austria onto their maps. Admittedly, I didn’t until 2021, but it truly is a gem hidden in plain sight. Austria is one of those places where you’ll go not expecting much but come away being pleasantly surprised and wanting to return almost immediately. With so many things to do and see, here is why you should consider making Austria your next travel destination.
