We are here to reborn: A poem by Omvocado

You won’t always be the same.

You came to be reborn in life,

to live infinite goddesses in your skin,

to transform yourself.

To learn how to burn,

to burn what doesn’t belong

in your being and

to make peace with pain.

To no longer be a slave to the exterior,

to listen to the discomfort

that always whispers to you

before screaming,

to connect in intimacy

with your emotionality

to hold yourself

consciously while

you cycle in freedom.

To remember your power

which is to create

in every step you take.

It is time,

I feel,

to get closer to the Goddesses

Durga, Kali, lakshmi, Saraswati,

and awaken the helpless princess,

the one who seeks rescue and victimises herself.

And it is not at all easy,

it is an addiction

that we have been bound to.

Freedom tastes like danger,

because it is literally

unknown territory.

But let the patterns of disease,

cease to be what we choose

just out of familiarity.

That the mere courage

to make the decision,

It’s already on your skin

a reason to celebrate.

And if you feel different,

move differently.

Because old keys

will never open

new portals.
